Q. How do I make a purchase?
A. Once you have found an item that you would like to purchase and you’re on that product page, click on the pink button that says “Add to shopping bag.” This will take you to a shopping bag confirmation page. On this page, click the pink button that says, “Proceed to Checkout.” At this point you will need to create a free account or login if you already have one. From there all you need to do is enter in your shipping/billing information and click “Purchase Now.” If you have any problems with this at all please contact CustomerCare@72Lux.com and we will assist you.
 
Q. Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
A. Yes. We require everyone to create an account in order to make a purchase so it is easy for you to track your purchases and so that we can send you an order confirmation email. The good news is it takes less than one minute to create a new account.
 
Q. I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A. Click on “login” and once you are on that page click the link that says, “Click here” below the box that reads “Already a 72Lux Member?”. Enter your email and we will email you a reminder of what your password is.
Q. Will you ship internationally or can I use an international address?
A. Yes, depending on where you are located and which of our partners is able to fulfill the order. Our check out process does not currently support international orders and billing information so if you live outside of the United States, please contact Customer Care and include the product, size, and color information. Please also include your shipping address and contact phone number. Once we have the order set up for you, we'll call you and we would be delighted to help you place an order.
   
Q. What is your return policy?
A. In order to make a return simply notify Customer Care before making a return to request an RMA so we can ensure your refund is processed properly. After that, returns will go through the retailer that you purchased from. The retailer or shipper is specified on both the product page as well as within your order confirmation which can be found in your “My Account” section. For specific details please review the return policy on the retailer’s website or for more information regarding a specific retailer please contact 72Lux Customer Care at CustomerCare@72Lux.com and we’d be more than happy to help.
   
Q. If I order from a retailer such as Saks Fifth Avenue or Bloomingdale's, will I be able to return in their store?

A. Yes, you will be able to return in their stores in accordance with the same return policy that the stores have on their own websites. Either before or after your return please notify Customer Care of your return so we can confirm your refund.
   
Q.  When should I expect to receive my products after my order is placed?
A. Shipping typically takes approximately 5 business days. We do work with designers who custom make their products for our customers and those orders typically will take longer. If the estimated shipping timeline is longer than 5 business days it will be listed on the product page or you will be notified via email.
   
Q. Is there sales tax?
A. Sales tax is calculated individually from the retailers that are shipping your products. Any applicable sales tax will be applied to your order total during processing.
   
Q. I’m interested in potentially being a contributor (Examples: fashion journalists, photographers, graphic designers, models etc.) to 72Lux. Who should I contact?

Yes. 72Lux works directly with designers and only reputable, well-known and respected retailers. We guarantee all items are authentic, brand-new, and from the designer specified.
